Charltom Hills is a great base to explore the Peninsula or relax out on the deck overlooking rolling pastures. Just a short stroll away, on Paradise Drive, you will find a milk bar for all of your basic amenities, and a little further beyond that, a 1km walk from the house, is the breathtaking ocean back beach. The heart of Rye is also only a short 10-minute drive.
