Quarterdeck is a fabulous place to retreat anytime. It has a wonderful sense of privacy and is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Shelley Beach, where you will find a great place to swim and soak up the sun without all the crowds. In the winter curl up on one of the large comfy lounges and stare into the flames of the fire. It is perfectly appointed and would suit families or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break. There is also uniqueness to Quarterdeck in that its position and outlook are very rustic and have a sense of being out in the wilderness. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and has a park adjoining the property so there is an overwhelming feeling of space and natural beauty.
*Living & Dining *
The fantastic floor plan gives a feeling of space, yet is nice and intimate at the same time. The Lounge room is what you would expect when you're having a break from your everyday routine. Lovely large couches to curl up on and watch TV or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the fire on those colder nights. It truly is a wonderful space. A few steps away and you enter the open plan kitchen/living & dining area. Another great space to entertain or sit back and watch TV, listen to some music, or sit around the kitchen bench to have a quiet drink. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fabulous outlook over the front of the property and the park. Complimented by a gorgeous old dining room table, which caters to 6 guests. Adjacent you will find the laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer. For the lovers of the outdoors, you will find an outdoor dining setting for 10 guests, in an idyllic setting surrounded by lush vegetation. Perfect for those balmy summer nights, having a BBQ or a couple of drinks with family and friends.

A maximum of 9 adults only (and up to 1 extra child only) are permitted to stay in the Farmhouse and The Cottage.
The Dairy can accommodate a further 2 adults (and up to one extra child only) for an additional fee.
Set in rolling countryside with panoramic views across Pt Phillip Bay, this newly renovated retreat is breathtaking and tranquil.
The architecturally designed farmhouse and adjacent cottages have a relaxed contemporary feel and are beautifully presented. All three dwellings are set in a native garden surrounded by magnificent exotic trees. The farm is a nature lovers haven, offering over 100 species of birds, kangaroos, wallabies, and numerous walks through the bush and wetlands. On warm days, guests can cool off in the lake or relax on the pontoon which is positioned 700m to the North East of the main buildings.
Centrally located between Dromana, Merricks, and Red Hill, Red Hill Ridge is an ideal base for exploring the Peninsula.
* The Farmhouse *
An amazing setting offering stunning views designed to capture the light and capitalise on the magnificent setting. The floor to ceiling glass windows and soaring roofline give the dining-kitchen zone real drama and style. A cutting-edge kitchen with European appliances is well equipped for long, lazy gatherings. The lounge area with its comfy lounges, banquette seating, and wood-burning fire has a relaxed comfortable feel just perfect for curling up with a glass of red. The adjacent terrace is complete with an outdoor dining setting that can accommodate up to 14 guests, a barbecue, and a million-dollar view. Simply breathtaking!
The Farmhouse sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a stunning modern ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 consists of 2 x King-Single beds and can be set up as a King bed if required. Bedroom 3 consists of 4 x Single beds (preferred for use by children only please) . A modern and sleekly designed central bathroom is again absolutely stunning.
* The Cottage *
Sophisticated and spacious, with quality soft furnishings this cottage is tranquil and stylish. Fully self-contained, it offers a well-equipped new kitchen, complete with oven, dishwasher and induction cooktop. A Queen size bed is separated from the living zone, providing a relaxing, private retreat. Adjacent a very spacious ensuite that is cleverly designed for any guests requiring assistance with a safety rail. The gorgeous living zone once again brings the outside in. Vaulted ceilings, large couch, and easy chair, table setting for 4 guests, TV, and an ottoman which can be used as a single bed if required for an additional child Only please, makes this a versatile space.
An outdoor terrace with a table and 4 chairs is absolutely ideal for taking in the majestic landscape. The perfect setting to kick back and start your day with a long lazy breakfast.
* Please Note: The Dairy is not accessible for bookings for less than 10 guests, However can be made available upon request for an additional $75 hire fee per person, per night + a further $120 cleaning fee per person per stay.
For groups of 11-13 guests, the dairy MUST be booked for an additional fee.
Originally the old dairy, hence the name, has also been transformed into another fully self-contained cottage with a separate bedroom including a Queen Size bed. Again, it is obvious that this space has been architecturally designed. It includes a kitchenette, stunning ensuite bathroom, and spacious living area, tastefully furnished and offering a single trundle that can accommodate a child Only if need be. The entrance deck features an outdoor setting, ideal for watching the sunset on the bay in the distance.
Red Hill Ridge is truly a unique property delivering the best of both worlds. Total seclusion and tranquillity yet only a few minutes drive to the Peninsula's many beaches, cafes, wineries, restaurants, galleries, markets, spas, local artisans, and nature reserves.
This will suit the most discerning travellers and guarantee your stay will be a memorable one.
The property has a lake, therefore supervision is required for guests with small children. While the lake is accessible by car, it can get very slippery in winter, so it is recommended that you walk down during the wetter months.
Please note there are several cctv cameras at the property. However, they are for surveillance purposes, when the property is vacant, only. Therefore, these will NOT be switched on during your stay.

Sea Ranch is the perfect setting for a fabulous peninsula getaway in one of the best precincts of Rye. This newly updated property boasts an elevated position, close proximity to the ocean beach, and what's more it has a full-size tennis court and a 5 metre plunge pool (*coming January 2025!). A unique feature at Sea Ranch is the undercover outdoor alfresco dining area, with BBQ and pizza oven, and outdoor fire place - absolutely sensational particularly if you entertaining on a chilly night. Privacy is also another feature as Sea Ranch is set on half an acre in the much sought after Rye back beach precinct. It is positioned high above the surrounding treetops and looks over the dunes towards the Rye beach. This two-story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is only a short drive to the Rye shopping strip, the Peninsula Hot Springs, Moonah Links golf course and is at the gateway to the wine district.
* Living and Dining *
There is a myriad of places to find comfort at Sea Ranch. If you are feeling active then the tennis court is for you perhaps when you have finished smashing the ball you could relax in the 5 x 2.5 metre plunge pool, complete with spa jets and swim spa option (*coming January 2025!). From there make your way into the large entertaining kitchen and dining room located on the mid-level. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. Downstairs you will find a very large lounge area that comes with a television/entertainment system and loads of space to fully lounge about. If you feel likeescaping, then make your way upstairs to the parents retreat, complete with home office/

This beach house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and most comfortably accommodates 10 guests.

All guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we are counting down until our next weekend away at the Sea Ranch. I would highly recommend this to all and after staying at several beach houses along the Peninsula this is certainly the best house for entertaining and value for money.
I would also recommend booking any holiday or weekend away with Verve travel and leisure as they made this experience as enjoyable as the weekend away. The consultants were attentive to all needs and ensured that it was a seamless booking. The key was waiting for us when we arrived so there was no need to drive around town looking for a pick-up point and the complimentary wine and assorted goodies were appreciated upon our arrival. Located on a picturesque Ti-tree block and within a very easy stroll to the Sorrento front bay beach, this house is a great holiday destination!

There is a section at the rear of the property that has low wire fencing) , a two-level beach house with a relaxing elevated front deck, outdoor furniture which is readily accessed from the large bi-fold doors that open up to the dining, lounge, and kitchen area. The kitchen also has a large servery straight out onto a fabulous second upstairs deck area. The open plan design and the seamless indoor/outdoor living zones gives this property a lovely sense of space and style!
