Central modern bathroom adjoining bedrooms 2 and 3.
Other features include full laundry facilities. Courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting overlooking the bay. Access to the Koonya Apartments communal pool and spa* (managed by the Body Corporate at the Koonya block) . Security carpark under the apartment block with allocated parking for one car (additional parking may be found in the underground carpark, but cannot be guaranteed) . Parking for additional cars can also be found in the lane at the back to the Koonya Apartments (this is between the podium and the apartments fronting the beach) . Close to Sorrento restaurants and shops and only steps away from the beach.

Please be advised that for optimal comfort, we do recommend that the sofa bed be utilised by a maximum of either one adult or one child, due to the size and mattress type.
The bedrooms consist of one Queen Size Suite with spacious modern ensuite, double vanity, and large shower.
