Caldermeade boasts an impressive collection of bronze sculptures by world renowned artists Gille and Marc. Greeting you on arrival on the front deck is 'Circle of friends' , 12 Life sized Chinese Zodiacs loosely based on Ai Wei Wei's Zodiacs.
Please be warned: The sculptures are 'formidable' so please view photos thoroughly to inform young children of the adventure they are in for!

* 3rd Level * - Kitchen/Dining and Lounge living, fantastic open plan area with luxurious furnishings incorporating eclectic chic decor with funky artwork and artefacts, selection of floor rugs, split system air-conditioning unit, and a Coonara fireplace which compliments this living zone, very comfy and welcoming! The adjoining kitchen is modern complete with all the latest appliances including an induction stovetop and coffee machine. This level also boasts 2 outdoor alfresco areas which are located off the lounge area. Off to the right-hand side, you will find an outdoor table setting for 10, with a magnificent outlook over the trees. The spacious design and the elegant, yet casual decor, provide little reason for you to ever leave the property! There are two distinctive living zones that provide excellent entertaining options or if you are sharing the house with friends you can always find a place for some solitude. The property is configured with 2 indoor living zones, as well as an outdoor expansive deck that overlooks the tennis court and the beautiful native garden.
Coastal Hideaway has many living zones to choose from. There is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, opening via sliding doors it then expands into an enormous outdoor living zone. Drape yourself in the afternoon sun on the deck, which complete with an outdoor dining setting for at least 8 guests, sun lounges and BBQ makes for another fabulous entertaining area. Or feeling energetic, why not have a hit of tennis on the magnificent tennis court which is the centre piece of the property. This has to be one of the most private and cutest holiday houses in Blairgowrie - great value too! Just Beachy is a fabulous place to retreat and relax anytime - and bring your pet along! Ideally located between the back and front beach and just a short walk to Blairgowrie Village shops, cafes, and restaurants. Just Beachy is beautifully presented and has a wonderful sense of privacy. It is perfectly appointed and would suit a family or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break!

The combined Kitchen/Dining/Living room is open plan and what you would expect when you are away having a break from the everyday routine. Quarterdeck is a fabulous place to retreat anytime. It has a wonderful sense of privacy and is only a few minutes walk to the beautiful Shelley Beach, where you will find a great place to swim and soak up the sun without all the crowds. In the winter curl up on one of the large comfy lounges and stare into the flames of the fire. It is perfectly appointed and would suit families or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break. There is also uniqueness to Quarterdeck in that its position and outlook are very rustic and have a sense of being out in the wilderness. It is surrounded by beautiful trees and has a park adjoining the property so there is an overwhelming feeling of space and natural beauty.
*Living & Dining *
The fantastic floor plan gives a feeling of space, yet is nice and intimate at the same time. The Lounge room is what you would expect when you're having a break from your everyday routine. Lovely large couches to curl up on and watch TV or just sit back, relax, and enjoy the fire on those colder nights. It truly is a wonderful space. A few steps away and you enter the open plan kitchen/living & dining area. Another great space to entertain or sit back and watch TV, listen to some music, or sit around the kitchen bench to have a quiet drink. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fabulous outlook over the front of the property and the park. Complimented by a gorgeous old dining room table, which caters to 6 guests.
