Sea Ranch is the perfect setting for a fabulous peninsula getaway in one of the best precincts of Rye. This newly updated property boasts an elevated position, close proximity to the ocean beach, and what's more it has a full-size tennis court and a 5 metre plunge pool (*coming January 2025!). A unique feature at Sea Ranch is the undercover outdoor alfresco dining area, with BBQ and pizza oven, and outdoor fire place - absolutely sensational particularly if you entertaining on a chilly night. Privacy is also another feature as Sea Ranch is set on half an acre in the much sought after Rye back beach precinct. It is positioned high above the surrounding treetops and looks over the dunes towards the Rye beach. If you are feeling active then the tennis court is for you perhaps when you have finished smashing the ball you could relax in the 5 x 2.5 metre plunge pool, complete with spa jets and swim spa option (*coming January 2025!). From there make your way into the large entertaining kitchen and dining room located on the mid-level. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. All guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we are counting down until our next weekend away at the Sea Ranch. I would highly recommend this to all and after staying at several beach houses along the Peninsula this is certainly the best house for entertaining and value for money.
I would also recommend booking any holiday or weekend away with Verve travel and leisure as they made this experience as enjoyable as the weekend away. The consultants were attentive to all needs and ensured that it was a seamless booking. The key was waiting for us when we arrived so there was no need to drive around town looking for a pick-up point and the complimentary wine and assorted goodies were appreciated upon our arrival. The Beach House is an absolute gem! A fabulous contemporary beach house set in one of the best locations on the Peninsula. Perfectly positioned next to the nature reserve and only a stones throw away from the main Sorrento shopping strip. Take a short walk through the reserve and you'll also find some of the best surf in the area! Aside from this property being a quality home with many features that you would find in a seaside resort, it has a wonderful sense of privacy. The property is positioned to maximize the use of both indoor and outdoor living areas. Glass being a fundamental feature of the property, bringing the outside in, with wonderful decks including the sun-soaked alfresco dining area. Whilst there is a distinctive sophisticated feel to The Beach House, it is actually beautifully relaxing and ideal for a year-round beachside escape. The Beach House is a fantastic house for an adults retreat, yet it is equally fabulous for families, with the beach on your doorstep.
