Bella Vista offers a number of living zones, making this the ideal holiday house. Allowing guests the opportunity to have their own privacy and escape for some solitude if need be and an array of sensational entertaining and dining options to choose from.
The upstairs living zone is definitely the highlight of the property with magnificent bay views, stunning open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, gorgeous coastal style decor, polished timber floors, state of the art kitchen boasting a stone waterfall island bench with 5 bar stools, and an extendable dining setting for 8 - 12 guests depending on your needs. Gorgeous open fireplace with a stone surround, comfy modular lounges, television, and sound system & split system (cooling only)
This flows out onto the outdoor deck/alfresco dining area via glass bi-fold doors, creating an illusion of seamlessness between indoor/outdoor living zones. Truly an entertainers haven, simply sit back with a drink and savour the view or cook up a storm on the barbeque, complete with an outdoor setting for 8-10 guests.
Downstairs you have a spacious living/entertainment zone that opens up onto the large wrap-around deck, just perfect for sitting back and enjoying the magnificent view. This living zone is a haven for kids or entertaining with a large pool table and bar, including a sink and bar fridge. Gorgeous comfy lounge, television, sound system, and again beautifully furnished in a coastal, casual manner.

Bella Vista comfortably sleeps 13 guests with a very flexible bedding configuration. Offering guests the versatility to choose what bedding they would prefer, with the option of 3 bedrooms being made up as King rooms or Twin rooms.

Central Bathroom - Stylish and spacious including bath. Adjoining powder room providing extra privacy for guests & individually controlled hydronic heating and heated ceiling lights
