The sensational kitchen includes Jarrah and Beech cabinetry, granite benchtops, Smeg stainless steel appliances, and an adjoining bar or servery area with a wall-mounted drinks fridge with glass doors, while the downstairs living area has a second kitchen and doors that open to the pool terrace & outdoor dining table & lounges by the pool.
The home also features a heated outdoor in-ground swimming pool, split system air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Foxtel, Chromecast, surround sound system, Wifi, and a carport.

The beauty of Diamond View is that there are many places to find solitude. There are many living zones both inside and out that make this property not only exceptional but perfect for a large family or perhaps a couple of families who like to holiday together. In fact, two families could live almost remotely from each other. On both levels, you will find a kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The alfresco area also offers a glimpse of the bay and passing ships. The kitchen is fantastic as it combines all the modern elements to make food preparation easy and it also lends itself to entertaining. There is a fabulous black granite benchtop that acts as a bar and encourages people to socialize while cooking up a storm. The commercial bar fridge also helps. Diamond View can not be understated and would suit the absolute astute and discerning guest!

Bed & Bath *
- Upper Level *
Bedroom 1 - the Master suite is gorgeous, be quick to claim this room! Includes a large King size bed, an oversized ensuite, large TV & split system with direct access to the alfresco lounge where you will find Balinese daybeds- this would give you little reason to leave the room!
Bedroom 2 - includes 1 x Double bed and has access to the central bathroom, ceiling fan
- Lower Level *
Bedroom 3 - includes 1 x Queen bed, ceiling fan, with sliding door access to pool area
Bedroom 4 - includes 1 x Queen bed, ceiling fan
Both bedrooms have access to an enormous central bathroom, with a spa bath and separate toilet. The advantage of this level also is, it has direct access to deck and pool area.
Split systems in both upstairs and downstairs living areas.
- An additional person only can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the downstairs living area along with another on an additional trundle bed for an additional charge of $50 per extra person, per night, allowing the property to sleep up to 10 people in total upon request*
Pool / Spa - you can switch the heating from pool to spa.
Pets: On request only (owner approval required)
If your pet is approved you must abide by our terms and conditions. Charges apply for bringing pets - please advise us at the time of booking, or prior to arrival, if you wish to bring a pet with you and your request will be considered.
Please note: only the pool area is fenced and pets are not permitted inside upstairs.
