Located on a picturesque Ti-tree block and within a very easy stroll to the Sorrento front bay beach, this house is a great holiday destination!
Pets welcome (Please note that while the property is fenced it is not fully secure for dogs. There is a section at the rear of the property that has low wire fencing) , a two-level beach house with a relaxing elevated front deck, outdoor furniture which is readily accessed from the large bi-fold doors that open up to the dining, lounge, and kitchen area. The kitchen also has a large servery straight out onto a fabulous second upstairs deck area. The open plan design and the seamless indoor/outdoor living zones gives this property a lovely sense of space and style!

While we allow pets on the property, we have to thoroughly check the pet you'll bring to maintain the place's peace and tranquillity. Pets that incessantly bark and dig are prohibited. Pets must not be allowed inside the house. Also, the property has free-range chickens, so pets must not harm any of the property's animals. If you are not comfortable with chooks and chickens, you are welcome to secure them in their coop throughout your stay.

* There are free range chickens at this property. The coop is on the western side of the property past the vegie garden. They do roam freely, however if you are not comfortable with this, you are welcome to close them into the coop throughout your stay. A friendly neighbour will discreetly pop over the fence to feed them every couple of days, and will not approach the house at all. *
