** Main Residence - 11 Guests **
Upon entering the property you are immersed in the natural beauty surrounding you and the views of Western Port Bay in the distance. It comfortably sleeps 11 guests and is a split level property. The lower level is truly magnificent - the vista is spectacular! Cleverly designed to enhance the view, it features an expansive open plan dining, lounge area, and kitchen. Complete with a 10 seater dining setting a breakfast bar, state of the art appliances, open fireplace, modular lounge, and armchairs. Tastefully furnished with rugs, throws, cushions, and a bookshelf full of books and artifacts, creating a haven for relaxation. This opens onto a stunning deck/alfresco area featuring BBQ and 12 seater dining table which overlooks the property and pool. Simply breathtaking! The Guest House is elevated and sleeps another 6 guests, located just metres away from the Main Residence. This is absolutely stunning and has such a sense of charm and warmth to it. Again decorated with stylish furnishings throughout. Featuring 2 bedrooms and a central bathroom with bath, this overlooks Western Port Bay and the majestical views of the property. Bedroom 1 features a Queen size bed and bedroom 2 features Queen bed and a 1 x Set of Bunks (Sleeps 2 guests). The living zone is spacious complete with TV, fireplace, comfy lounges, and a table with bench seats. No expense has been spared and for your convenience a breakfast bar/trolley with coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and bar fridge. Perfect for those wanting to have a morning cuppa and piece of toast or an evening glass of wine and cheese platter. Similar to the Main Residence, stylishly furnished with throw rugs oversized cushions on the floor for that added comfort, stunning artwork, split system heating/cooling, and if you are wanting to take in some fresh Peninsula air you can sit outside on the deck. This is a spectacular residence that backs onto the Portsea Golf Course and has expansive gardens that blend with the surrounding landscape. The long meandering driveway frames the stature of this beach residence. Portsea Ponderosa is an ideal property for an extended family and for those who love to entertain.
