VVR has been specialising in exclusive private holiday rental house accommodation on the Mornington Peninsula for more than 15 years. As part of the Verve Travel and Leisure Group, VVR is the only fully licensed, independently owned, IATA accredited travel agency managing holiday rentals on the Peninsula.

Our team includes a full-time Property Manager dedicated to our portfolio of holiday houses and our Guest Relations team provides each guest with a highly individualised service.
Our Travel Management Company, Verve Travel Management, is an associate of the helloworld franchise travel agency group. We offer full Corporate Travel Management including online booking tool & Expense Management via Concur, a global leisure travel consulting service, Group Travel and Event Management. We are also a preferred American Express Agency partner.
MEET OUR TEAM
KATHRYN & KURT SARI: FOUNDERS AND DIRECTORS
Kathryn has over 30 years experience in travel management, finance and marketing – with a number of years spent a Ansett’s General Manager for Loyalty Programs during which time she met her husband Kurt. Kurt has had a stellar career in travel marketing and management with Ansett and with American Express. They now have three beautiful sons – Oskar, Hugo and Luis – and together they are Directors of Verve Vacation Rentals.
Kathryn and Kurt fell in love with the Mornington Peninsula when they had a little holiday home in Blairgowrie. They got to know the region very well and realised the area really needed a holiday rental management company that provided the level of customer service they were accustomed to giving their clients in the coporate world. Verve Beachside, now Verve Vacation Rentals, was born and more than 15 years on they manage a portfolio of approx 70 exclusive private properties.
KIM BEGGS: PROPERTY MANAGER
Kim’s experience in travel and marketing is wide and varied. Having worked at Thomas Cook for 11 years, she relocated from Sydney to Melbourne to manage a specialised division for corporate conferences and incentive programmes. As a Professional Conference Organiser she travelled extensively to all parts of the globe sourcing the perfect venues and escorting a wide range of delegations. She then spent nearly 20 years in the Advertising industry working in sales and marketing for a number of high profile networks including Channel Ten and Austereo.
Kim has been working with VVR since 2014 and now manages a portfolio of more than 80 properties, liaising with property owners and the housekeeping team to ensure everything runs smoothly. “I love working with Verve – I get to work in one of the most spectacular places in the world! The Mornington Peninsula is just so beautiful and its diversity is truly unique. Above all I value working with our amazing VVR team. We are so passionate about what we do and we are committed to making our guest experience an unforgettable one.”
ANNETTE: GUEST RELATIONS
Having worked in the travel industry for over 30 years, Annette understands how to match the best holidays and property rentals to suit our clients’ needs. She loves introducing clients to new and interesting locations and ensuring she finds them the perfect holiday or holiday home. Annette manages our client enquiries, bookings and requests and liaises with housekeepers and property owners. “I love working with Verve. The team has such a depth of expertise, and we all work together to ensure our clients have the best vacation possible.”
MIRANDA: GUEST RELATIONS
Miranda joined Verve in 2010 after completing her Diploma of Hospitality and Tourism Management, and has been with the company ever since. Miranda is focused on working with our clients to find them the best possible holiday or holiday home that suits their needs and desires, as well as their preferred location, time frame and budget. “Verve is such a great working environment with such a terrific team, and I love helping our clients create the best holiday possible and giving them something so special to look forward to.”
