Cloudland is a rare heritage farm estate, uniquely positioned on the prestigious restaurant and winery route, and is nestled on 5 acres amidst gardens and established trees. Nearly 100 years old with proud heritage, the original home remains the same but the interiors have been sympathetically renovated to preserve its history, while providing modern luxuries. The interiors have been influenced by the owners time spent in Italy, New York and Hong Kong, with a mixture of their favourite pieces adding a relaxed and fun charm. The interiors are fresh and warm made comfortable with ducted heating, comfy beds, quality linens/blankets and a huge fireplace with large sofas for fireside relaxation.

The main house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living spaces with fireplaces, open kitchen and dining, with renovated bathrooms. There is also a fully renovated self contained cottage all nestled in heritage gardens, plus rural views.

Cloudland’s location is golden — Red Hill is the middle of the Mornington Peninsula and Cloudland is in walking distance to some of the Peninsula’s best restaurants, farm gates, horse riding and walking trails.

Some say the grass is greener in Summer. In Red Hill we say its greener beyond summer where you can enjoy the beautiful Hinterland and sample the special seasonal menus and cool climate wines.

Cloudland Main House and Cottage (sleeps up to 13) available for longer stays from 1 month to 6 months between May 1 and October 31. Please enquire for availability and special rates.
