A vast, beautifully landscaped lawn welcomes you to this 2-storey, architecturally unique house. With its chalet-style design, you'll find this place truly impressive with its sloping roofs, open beams, high ceilings, stunning overlapping framework, and accent walls. The interior has the perfect combination of wood and white walls, creating a modern and rustic appeal. The chalet-style design also helps the place feel bright, spacious, and airy.
There's an outdoor patio, perfect for a sunny breakfast or hosting a BBQ for some quality time with your family.
There are 2 balconies in this holiday home; one can be accessed through the outdoor stairs, while the other can be accessed from the upstairs living area. Both are great places to enjoy the breeze and views in quiet solitude or spend quality time with your guests.
The lower level has the first living room with Wi-Fi and a smart TV. While the place is naturally cool because of the ocean breeze, it's fitted with split-system air-conditioning.

Rye Beach Chalet is just a quick 5-minute walk to Rye Bay Beach. The ideal location for fishing, boating, swimming, shopping or just a leisurely walk along the beach or coffee in one of the local cafes.
Pass by the Rye Pier Bay Trail to access the shopping precinct for cafes, shops, boutiques, and more. It's just 1.3km away or a 3-minute drive. Take a 7-minute drive to The Cups for some good food and spectacular views of Mornington Peninsula.

Sea Ranch is the perfect setting for a fabulous peninsula getaway in one of the best precincts of Rye. This newly updated property boasts an elevated position, close proximity to the ocean beach, and what's more it has a full-size tennis court and a 5 metre plunge pool (*coming January 2025!). A unique feature at Sea Ranch is the undercover outdoor alfresco dining area, with BBQ and pizza oven, and outdoor fire place - absolutely sensational particularly if you entertaining on a chilly night. Privacy is also another feature as Sea Ranch is set on half an acre in the much sought after Rye back beach precinct. It is positioned high above the surrounding treetops and looks over the dunes towards the Rye beach. This two-story, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is only a short drive to the Rye shopping strip, the Peninsula Hot Springs, Moonah Links golf course and is at the gateway to the wine district.

There is a myriad of places to find comfort at Sea Ranch. If you are feeling active then the tennis court is for you perhaps when you have finished smashing the ball you could relax in the 5 x 2.5 metre plunge pool, complete with spa jets and swim spa option (*coming January 2025!). From there make your way into the large entertaining kitchen and dining room located on the mid-level. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. Downstairs you will find a very large lounge area that comes with a television/entertainment system and loads of space to fully lounge about. All guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves and we are counting down until our next weekend away at the Sea Ranch. I would highly recommend this to all and after staying at several beach houses along the Peninsula this is certainly the best house for entertaining and value for money.
I would also recommend booking any holiday or weekend away with Verve travel and leisure as they made this experience as enjoyable as the weekend away. The consultants were attentive to all needs and ensured that it was a seamless booking. The key was waiting for us when we arrived so there was no need to drive around town looking for a pick-up point and the complimentary wine and assorted goodies were appreciated upon our arrival. Fantastic Family Beach House! This holiday house has it all. The spacious design and the elegant yet casual decor provide little reason to ever leave the property. There are 2 distinctive living zones providing excellent entertaining options if you are sharing the house with friends, and central air-conditioning throughout.
This property also has an expansive outdoor alfresco dining area. Tumby on Rye is a fabulous property for those who want a beachside holiday yet who appreciate privacy, and coastal living

Tumby on Rye has many living zones to choose from. There is an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area, which expands through lovely big glass sliding doors, onto an outdoor alfresco area. Drape yourself in the afternoon sun on the rear deck complete with an outdoor dining table setting for 10 people and BBQ. The combined dining/living areas are tastefully furnished with polished floorboards throughout, a pool table, and a gorgeous wooden dining setting for 10 guests. Located at the entrance of the property is the lounge room, complete with a Coonara wooden fireplace, just perfect for curling up on the lounge and reading a book or watching a movie.
