Bella Vista offers a number of living zones, making this the ideal holiday house. Allowing guests the opportunity to have their own privacy and escape for some solitude if need be and an array of sensational entertaining and dining options to choose from.
The upstairs living zone is definitely the highlight of the property with magnificent bay views, stunning open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, gorgeous coastal style decor, polished timber floors, state of the art kitchen boasting a stone waterfall island bench with 5 bar stools, and dining setting for 12 guests. Gorgeous open fireplace with a stone surround, comfy modular lounges, television, and sound system.
This flows out onto the outdoor deck/alfresco dining area via glass bi-fold doors, creating an illusion of seamlessness between indoor/outdoor living zones. Truly an entertainers haven, simply sit back with a drink and savour the view or cook up a storm on the barbeque, complete with an outdoor setting for 8-10 guests.
Downstairs you have a spacious living/entertainment zone that opens up onto the large wrap-around deck, just perfect for sitting back and enjoying the magnificent view.
