This has to be one of the cutest holiday houses in Sorrento, and a fabulous place to retreat and relax any time of year. Ideally located, it is just a short 1km or 12-minute stroll to the calm aqua waters of beautiful Front Beach, and 1.5km to Sorrento's shops, cafes, restaurants. Sorrento Sailing is beautifully presented with a wonderful sense of privacy and tranquillity, ideal for a family or a group of friends who want a relaxed place to take a break.

Living and Dining
The open plan living, dining and kitchen is a wonderfully welcoming space with lovely furniture and the latest in entertainment, including a Smart TV and WIFI, to make your stay away from home a memorable one. You're assured of comfort with reverse cycle air-conditioning and even a cosy wood fireplace for those colder nights. The well-equipped kitchen has a lovely modern design, and there is a handy second living room at the front of the house.

Step outdoors to the amazing alfresco entertaining area which overlooks the beautiful garden and private backyard, and best of all - a large, heated swimspa. Cook up an easy dinner on the gas BBQ and sit back on the outdoor lounges or 8-seater dining table before taking a dip in the spa. You'll love this fabulous haven for entertaining or relaxing after a great day at the beach.

Bed and Bath
Sorrento Sailing comfortably sleeps 9 guests across 4 bedrooms, with the option for another 2 guests in a fold out bed in the second living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has 2 single beds and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. All rooms are tastefully decorated, with garden views. The central bathroom features a bath, shower and toilet, and is combined with the laundry to include a washing machine and dryer.
