Rosalea by the Bay is in an amazing location with the shops, restaurants, cafes, and the brilliant blue waters of Port Phillip Bay and Dromana Pier approx 350 meters away. This immaculate townhouse is perfectly positioned to enjoy all the spoils of coastal living. Situated at the rear of the complex, this double-story townhouse is sure to impress the most discerning traveller. Its light-filled, spacious design and sun-drenched alfresco deck sets the scene for outdoor entertaining or relaxing after a long day at the beach.
*Living Zone - Upstairs*
Warm and inviting throughout, the upstairs living zone will certainly delight. Featuring a spacious well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and an open-plan living/dining area that flows onto a large private balcony, perfect for alfresco dining. This living zone is light and airy and beautifully furnished to suit its coastal ambiance, with plenty of options to entertain, have casual drinks around the kitchen island bench, or perhaps have a dinner party for 10 guests. Or, if outdoors is more your style, the alfresco area features a stunning outdoor setting for 10 guests complete with barbeque. Also for your convenience, a guest powder room is located off the kitchen.
*Bed and Bath - Downstairs*
Rosalea comfortably sleeps 6 guests with an option to accommodate an additional 2 guests ( ideally 2 small children or 1 adult ) on a sofa bed.
Bedroom 1 - Master Suite with King Bed, ultra-modern with television, walk-in robe, and a sleek designed ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - 2 x King Single beds
Bedroom 3 - Queen-size bed
*Adjacent to Bedroom 2 & 3 is a sofa bed that will comfortably sleep an additional 2 guests if required ( ideally 2 small children or 1 adult ) .

Other features include WiFi, heating and cooling throughout, laundry, rear courtyard, and parking space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. Please note: the garage is not available for guest use.

Easy walk to everything!
Maria Perez - 11th December 2020The property was spotless and new. Easy walk to everything...the beach, shops, cafes. The balcony was nice for a long family dinner, where we relaxed and caught up with one another. The bedrooms were comfortable but like most new properties, they were on the small side. Same with the bathrooms. The only thing I’d suggest is bigger rubbish bins in the bathrooms, but it’s a minor inconvenience. All in all, it’s a nice place for a short family stay.
