Modern two-bedroom, two-level apartment opposite bay beach and ferry terminal in the heart of Sorrento. The ground floor offers open plan living with leather lounge, large television/dvd/cd, polished boards and reverse cycle air, with doors opening to the small front courtyard, dining and modern kitchen with gas cooking and microwave. European laundry with washer and dryer.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs:
Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen Bed - opens onto a balcony
Bedroom 2 - 2 x Sets of Bunks (all single beds - sleeps 4)
Central bathroom with bath/shower/toilet.
Access to communal indoor pool and spa* (managed by the Body Corporate at the Koonya block) .
Park your car and walk to everything - beaches, shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Security carpark under the apartment block with allocated parking for one car (additional parking may be found in the underground carpark, however cannot be guaranteed). Parking for additional cars can also be found in the lane at the back to the Koonya Apartments (this is between the podium and the apartments fronting the beach) .
Rates are inclusive of all linen, towels, and beds will be made up for your arrival.

The pool open hours as follows:

School Holidays, including summer holidays, public holidays, and long weekends
9am – 9pm 7 days.
Also Note: The pool is heated up to 23 degrees only. As the pool is part of the complex and managed by the body corporate, if there are any issues with it throughout your stay, unfortunately compensation cannot be provided to guests.

The indoor pool was a big drawcard for a winter getaway, but someone needs to tell the Body Corp who manage the pool to crank up the heating a little! A near faultless property and we will certainly be back!

Perfectly located - walk to everything with all the creature comforts of home and more... they even provided oil / salt / pepper/ serviettes / vegemite / assortment of tea/ coffee / glad wrap etc. Plenty of quality crockery and cutlery to make cooking a breeze! Beautiful and spotless town house - the linen provided was crisp and clean! Really enjoyed the "community" in the complex and allowed the kids to make plenty of friends! Overall value for money - second to none! The kids enjoyed it so much they cried when we left! This will definitely become a regular on our holiday calendar!
