LOCATION
This fantastic location provides a true hideaway where you can escape amongst pristine national parks and rugged coastline, with the local shops still just 2km away. It is just 1km to the coast, where you can stroll the picturesque clifftop trails to check out Pearses Beach, one of the prettiest beaches on the Mornington Peninsula, explore Pirates Bay Cave or discover sea life in the rock pools at Bridgwater Bay... your scenic adventures await!

LIVING SPACE
The beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen space is incredibly welcoming, with a wood fireplace adding warmth and cosiness and walls of glass inviting natural light to fill the room. On cooler nights, nothing will be more relaxing than sitting back with the family on the plush lounge with the fire roaring as you watch a movie on the big screen Smart TV with sound bar. For summer, the air-con will cool the space nicely and you can open up the sliding doors to the lovely leafy garden and alfresco entertaining space.

In the modern kitchen, you'll find a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full size fridge/freezer and even a coffee machine to get you moving in the morning. It's open to the living space so preparing dinner and lounging around chatting can be a whole family affair. There is also a second rumpus space with a TV, lounge, bean bag a kids table and chairs.

There is plenty of fun to be had out in the lush green yard, with an outdoor dining set, BBQ, alfresco fireplace, multiple sitting areas and even a totem tennis set. The yard is fully fenced, with thriving landscaped gardens and enough space and privacy to really feel like your own private sanctuary.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
There are 3 comfortable bedrooms. The spacious master features a queen bed, TV, walk-through robe and an ensuite with a corner spa bath to luxuriate in after a day out exploring, plus a shower and toilet. The other 2 bedrooms are each air-conditioned and have a built-in robe, and one has a queen bed while the other has 2 sets of bunk beds. The main bathroom has a bath, shower and separate toilet.
