Easter Weekend at Bluetopia

We had a great time at Bluetopia. Very spacious. Even though the weather was quite cool, got to use the pool once. Thanks for the enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic week at this great house! The separate living areas meant the adults could relax in peace and quiet while the kids enjoyed the games room. We had great weather so we were hardly out of the pool! So close to everything on the Mornington Peninsula. The house had everything we needed and was a real “home away from home”. The backyard was secure for our doggo too and she loved the walk down to the general store when we got coffee and croissants every morning (fantastic coffee!!). Thanks for having us, we’ll be back!

Fantastic family friendly home in a beautiful location right on the door step of Rye back beach and the general store which serves the best coffee! The kids loved the heated pool and the separate kids space with heaps of games. Easy checkin and we were provided with a late checkout which was great! Highly recommend.

Such a beautiful property! Location is quite and close to the ocean beach. Very clean, spacious for our big group. Loved the separate area for children and lots of board games. The pool was solar heated but weather was around 18-20C only, so the pool was quite cold for us. On a warmer day I guess it’s the best 🙂 thanks for hosting our families!

I love this property and have now stayed here twice. It is great for my puppies, with the fully enclosed back yard and is just so comfortable

Easter Getaway

Bluetopia is great. Plenty of room, kids loved the pool, very quiet and had everything we needed.

Lovely house - clean and very well set up. The pool was great for the kids and the backyard was safe for our pup. Great location near 16th beach and general store. Hope to stay again.

Neat and tidy. Lovely pool. Just need to update to in main room and possibly put one in the bedroom. Very limited kitchen utensils and ammenities. Otherwise great property

What a great spot! Lovely pool and so good that is heated. Good area close to the surf beach but quiet enough to be out of the tourist scene. Highly recommended!

The property was well maintained and so very clean and inviting when we arrived. We were immediately put to rest and at ease from the time we arrived. Really, this house was the main reason we had a lovely holiday. Miranda at Verve was communicative, friendly, efficient and helpful. The process was effortless. We had 4 adults and 5 children stay at Blutopia for a week. The house was the perfect layout to accommodate us all comfortably. The house is perfect for families with children as the second living area had a gaming console and plenty of board games for the family to play. The pool was amazing and was used numerous times during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the linen provided was good quality. We could not fault the property and would certainly stay again.

We had such a fantastic stay at Bluetopia, we did not want to leave! The house was spotless and spacious, and a lovely space to relax. Garden and pool were very well maintained. Excellent location - we loved the easy access to the beach walking tracks. Highly recommend for a relaxing break.

House was very spacious and accommodation good. Very well kitted out and everything needed for a the break was provided. Pool area needs some attention; (weeding between the slabs, for example) and area within pool fence required sweeping on arrival. On the whole a great holiday retreat and would return. Good service and communication with Verve. We leave with good memories.

The property was perfect, clean and well appointed in every aspect. Really easy to enjoy for the week we were there, close to a cafe and minutes walk to amazing back beach tracks. Very pet friendly and secure, had no issues what so ever. Will be coming back again many times during the year.

Verve were wonderful and very helpful. The booking process was very easy and information was very clear. The property was very clean. Bluetopia was very comfortable to stay in, in a wonderful and quiet location. Fantastic value! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are about to book again for next year. The house was wonderful and the owners have really taken care to ensure you have all you need.
