A property with the size and overall magnitude of Bellevue Sur Mer doesn't disappoint in the bedding department, it comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 4 bedrooms. The Master Suite located on the upper level has a flowing entry, grand proportions with amazing views of the bay and the city skyline. Configured with a walk-in robe & ensuite, featuring a double vanity and shower. Adjacent is an elevated spacious circular spa bath, perfect for sitting back and having a glass of bubbles, and looking out amongst the treetops and the bay in the background! If you are after a wonderful romantic getaway look no further than this property! The second bedroom, also located on the upper level, is equipped with a Queen bed and is beautifully decorated.
The main living zone also comes complete with a central powder room for your convenience.
Located downstairs are another 2 luxuriously appointed Queen bedded rooms. These rooms share an ultra-modern central bathroom complete with a corner bath. For those wanting to accommodate additional guests, there is an option to set up 2 x Trundle beds in another Living zone/Study upstairs, ideally accommodating children, at an additional cost of $50 per person, per night.
* Living and Dining *
The indoor living zones are located upstairs, are encased in glass, and open onto a huge Merbau alfresco deck and entertainment area. The views are sublime and totally uninterrupted. The large central kitchen with Caesar stone benches, glass splashbacks, 5 burner gas cooktop, double oven, and an amazing walk-in butlers pantry and dining area, is the social pinnacle of the entire property - again with beautiful views! The living and dining areas are beautifully appointed with contemporary decor, creating an interior with a relaxed comfortable, and luxurious feel to it. There are another 2 living zones upstairs, perfect for those wanting some privacy to kick back and read the newspaper or have a quiet drink. There are 3 TV's in this property, one mounted in the downstairs bedroom, one in the office, and a huge wall-mounted state-of-the-art OLed in the living area. The OLed has Foxtel, amazon prime, Netflix, and all streaming services. The other two can also have services streamed to them.

It was a family trip with a toddler and infant and was the perfect place to have our own private areas as well as plenty of space to come together as a family. The pool is definitely a highlight! The location is great, with stunning views and wildlife around. There is lots to do in the area for everyone, even in winter. If you do have kids you’ll need to put away the many decorations, but we got onto this early and had no troubles. Thank you for a lovely stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing break.

The place exceeded our expectations (and we had pretty high expectations). While we did have a few unfortunate things occur (no fault of Verve or the owners), they responded extremely well to these issues to make the experience very enjoyable and satisfactory. We are definitely considering booking in again same time next year for another winter escape!

The kitchen and living areas were beautifully designed and extremely spacious. The outdoor terrace and BBQ/dining area are fantastic. The indoor heated pool was a bonus especially for the kids. We definitely had a lovely weekend stay in the amazing accommodation. We will definitely book this place again !

It easily accommodated us with our grown-up children and their families from interstate. We enjoyed meals out on the deck, barbeque breakfasts and dinners. The kitchen had everything you would ever, ever need to cook gourmet meals. We made use of the wonderful indoor pool and the spa-bath with a view. The outdoor court was enjoyed by several of our party. What a stay!!!!

Sarah - 29th June 2020Make sure you arrive before sunset on the first day!! The views were RIDICULOUS. If you miss the sunset, the sunrises from the living room / balcony are possibly even better. We stayed with a total of 3 couples, which was perfect for the setup. The master bedroom does not have a door and is very close to the 4th bedroom. (It's not a deal-breaker, but worth being aware.) Everything you need is in the kitchen to be self-sufficient and not leave your new cliff palace :) Can't wait to stay in this place again.

We definitely packed a lot of unnecessary items just in case but the house literally had everything we needed especially in the kitchen! There was also a portable speaker and beach toys and shade, great laundry and plenty of beach towels. There are a lot of gorgeous display items throughout the home which we had to put away from our inquisitive toddler...suggest you take pics of where they belong so you know where to put them all back. Quick drive down to Dromana township with an excellent IGA with everything you need and the beautiful bay. Highly recommend for large families!

The views alone were absolutely stunning, and you’re very private at the top of the hill with no direct neighbours. The house is beautifully fitted out and well equipped with everything you need. Annette from Verve Vacation Rentals was incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and gave us some great recommendations of things to see and do while we were in the area. We also used their concierge service to book a couples massage for my parents as well as a chef to put on a catered dinner at the house on our last night. All of the staff they sent us were incredibly friendly and professional, and they meal we had cooked was sooooo delicious (thanks Gabby!). I highly recommend this house, and Verve Vacation Rentals. Thanks for helping us to arrange the extra special weekend for our parents that we had envisioned

The views are incredible, the house was set up so well for a family, the kitchen had everything you need so you don't need to dine out all the time. Its location is great as you are about 15-20mins from the wineries, hot springs and local shops are only 5mins drive from the property. Verve Vacations were very helpful and professional when we were booking this house and were a knowledge of information.
