This stunning multi-level home comprising three levels, takes advantage of its location, featuring picturesque vistas of Port Phillip Bay and surrounding areas.
The main living zone is also located on the upper level with a casual living/dining area centred around a modern cutting edge kitchen, complete with a butlers pantry, Miele appliances, and a large island bench. Dining setting for 10 guests, big comfy lounges, gas log fire complemented with the spectacular backdrop of Port Philip Bay. Floor to ceiling sliding doors opening out to an undercover balcony and outdoor BBQ /Kitchen, outdoor dining setting, and sun lounges showcasing uninterrupted views of the water. An absolute haven for entertaining!
In addition to the lower levels is another fabulous living zone, offering basic kitchen appliances and sink, comfy big lounges, TV, opening up onto another deck offering commanding bay views. This property has been designed to accommodate large groups, providing ample space and living zones, allowing guests the ultimate privacy. It also has a lift which is available for disabled guests requiring assistance.

The host has been very helpful the answering questions on the spot & the checkin & checkout was very smooth
