For golf enthusiasts, the renowned courses at The Dunes and Moonah Links are just a short drive away. This single-story abode is set amongst natural surroundings and offers a great value getaway on the Peninsula.
* Living and Dining *
As you step inside, you will pick up on the relaxed beachy vibe and notice the living space in the cabin provides an ideal spot for relaxation, complete with a TV for your entertainment needs. The kitchen features an electric upright oven and convenient breakfast bar perfect for quick bites and enjoyable social gatherings. Do note there is no dishwasher.
* Bedrooms and bathroom*
The property accommodates a bustling family of 5 with relative ease. Two comfy bedrooms each radiate a welcoming and cozy atmosphere.
Bedroom 1 - Queen bed with built-in robes
Bedroom 2 - Single bed and single bunk bed with small clothes rack
The central bathroom features a shower, a separate toilet, and a vanity. Do note there are no laundry facilities.
The home features a split system heater/cooler in the living room. The bedrooms each come with a small portable heater.
* Parking *
The property features a single carport with additional parking for the 3 cars on the grassy knoll. There is also room for a small dingy/boat noting this is not undercover.
Located just an 11-minute walk from Pearses Beach and just over two kilometres to the cafes of Blairgowie, this property offers a relaxed, low key beach retreat set amongst the coastal tea trees the Mornington Peninsula is renowned for.

A maximum of 9 adults only (and up to 1 extra child only) are permitted to stay in the Farmhouse and The Cottage.
The Dairy can accommodate a further 2 adults (and up to one extra child only) for an additional fee.
Set in rolling countryside with panoramic views across Pt Phillip Bay, this newly renovated retreat is breathtaking and tranquil.
The architecturally designed farmhouse and adjacent cottages have a relaxed contemporary feel and are beautifully presented. All three dwellings are set in a native garden surrounded by magnificent exotic trees. The farm is a nature lovers haven, offering over 100 species of birds, kangaroos, wallabies, and numerous walks through the bush and wetlands. On warm days, guests can cool off in the lake or relax on the pontoon which is positioned 700m to the North East of the main buildings.
Centrally located between Dromana, Merricks, and Red Hill, Red Hill Ridge is an ideal base for exploring the Peninsula.
* The Farmhouse *
An amazing setting offering stunning views designed to capture the light and capitalise on the magnificent setting. The floor to ceiling glass windows and soaring roofline give the dining-kitchen zone real drama and style. A cutting-edge kitchen with European appliances is well equipped for long, lazy gatherings. The lounge area with its comfy lounges, banquette seating, and wood-burning fire has a relaxed comfortable feel just perfect for curling up with a glass of red. The adjacent terrace is complete with an outdoor dining setting that can accommodate up to 14 guests, a barbecue, and a million-dollar view. Simply breathtaking!
The Farmhouse sleeps up to 7 guests across three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a Queen Size bed and a stunning modern ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 consists of 2 x King-Single beds and can be set up as a King bed if required. Bedroom 3 consists of 4 x Single beds (preferred for use by children only please) . A modern and sleekly designed central bathroom is again absolutely stunning.
* The Cottage *
Sophisticated and spacious, with quality soft furnishings this cottage is tranquil and stylish. Fully self-contained, it offers a well-equipped new kitchen, complete with oven, dishwasher and induction cooktop. A Queen size bed is separated from the living zone, providing a relaxing, private retreat. Adjacent a very spacious ensuite that is cleverly designed for any guests requiring assistance with a safety rail. The gorgeous living zone once again brings the outside in. Vaulted ceilings, large couch, and easy chair, table setting for 4 guests, TV, and an ottoman which can be used as a single bed if required for an additional child Only please, makes this a versatile space.
An outdoor terrace with a table and 4 chairs is absolutely ideal for taking in the majestic landscape. The perfect setting to kick back and start your day with a long lazy breakfast.
* Please Note: The Dairy is not accessible for bookings for less than 10 guests, However can be made available upon request for an additional $75 hire fee per person, per night + a further $120 cleaning fee per person per stay.
For groups of 11-13 guests, the dairy MUST be booked for an additional fee.
Originally the old dairy, hence the name, has also been transformed into another fully self-contained cottage with a separate bedroom including a Queen Size bed. Again, it is obvious that this space has been architecturally designed. It includes a kitchenette, stunning ensuite bathroom, and spacious living area, tastefully furnished and offering a single trundle that can accommodate a child Only if need be. The entrance deck features an outdoor setting, ideal for watching the sunset on the bay in the distance.
Red Hill Ridge is truly a unique property delivering the best of both worlds. Total seclusion and tranquillity yet only a few minutes drive to the Peninsula's many beaches, cafes, wineries, restaurants, galleries, markets, spas, local artisans, and nature reserves.
This will suit the most discerning travellers and guarantee your stay will be a memorable one.
The property has a lake, therefore supervision is required for guests with small children. While the lake is accessible by car, it can get very slippery in winter, so it is recommended that you walk down during the wetter months.
Please note there are several cctv cameras at the property. However, they are for surveillance purposes, when the property is vacant, only. Therefore, these will NOT be switched on during your stay.

*Living Zones*
The main living zone is stunning, beautifully furnished, massive modular lounge, gorgeous artwork, floor rugs, scatter cushions, and a feature fireplace. Giving this room a sense of sophistication, yet casual ambiance at the same time. It also has a northern aspect allowing the natural sunlight to filter through effortlessly. The ultra-sleek open plan kitchen/dining room sits adjacent to this area. Complete with top of the range appliances and light fittings, a striking stone island bench with 8 bar stools and a gorgeous dining suite for 12 guests.
The second living zone is located at the other end of the property. The floor plan has been cleverly designed allowing this zone to still feel connected to the kitchen area, as the line of sight is never broken due to the ceiling to floor glass walls, which slide open and connect all areas. This living zone is simply gorgeous, overlooking the pool area and designed to enhance the relaxed coastal lifestyle.
*Outdoor Living Zone*
Definitely a key highlight of this property is the sheer beauty of the outdoor area. Stunning alfresco dining area, overlooking the 25 metre pool & spa with beach area. Outdoor lounges and daybed, alfresco dining suite, hammocks, set among beautifully landscaped gardens, pool cabana, and a viewing platform over the tennis court. This is resort-style living at its finest!
*Bed and Bath*
The Belmond comfortably sleeps 10 guests with an option to accommodate an additional 2 children on trundle beds.
Bedroom 1 - The Master King Suite has its own wing upstairs overlooking the house, pool, and tennis court. It offers the ultimate in luxury & privacy, complete with a television and a modern sleek ensuite and walkthrough robe.
The other 3 bedrooms are located on the living level. All rooms are very spacious and stylish, decorated with luxurious & modern furnishings.
